The following cancellation policy for Finca Sol y Valle events reflects the difficulty we have with filling spaces for canceled reservations. 

 

• 100% refund for 2-month notice, 50% refund for 1-month notice, and no refunds for less than 1-month notice for 1-2 day events.

 

• 100% refund for 6-month notice, 50% refund for 3-month notice, and no refunds for less than 3-month notice for 3+ day events.

A credit for future events or purchases may be applied on a case-by-case basis at the time of cancellation, no more than one year from the date the payment was made.

Larger refunds will be considered if we are able to fill the event or an unexpected family or personal emergency is the cause of cancellation when proof of the emergency is provided.
